In this work different figures orchestrate my "dance" of the different "parts" of my self in action. "Parts" work refers to the psychotherapy approach of IFS (Internal Family Systems) that the mind is a collection of different “parts.” Each part has its feelings, roles, and ways of interacting. This approach shows that our inner conflicts come from different parts within us, each trying to protect or help in its own way.The elements here are those of acceptance, despair, gratitude, wisdom and passion, set in an environment representative of the complexity of the self.
